This project aims to supplement the Accessible Mount Baker plan with new considerations for streetscape design, lighting, and gateway points into the neighborhood. As part of this vision, the Lowe’s parcel can become a vibrant hub for the Mount Baker Area, connecting commuters, residents, and visitors.
