Providing space for rest and promoting health by making green interventions around bus stops can also suggest a route for walking around the Mount Baker area. This network of small pocket spaces can also allow community members to find shelter in case of an earthquake event. On a daily basis, pocket parks can encourage community members to become familiar with the neighborhood and therefore strengthen wayfinding through Mount Baker.
